New York, NY (April 26, 2004)The Village Voice, the nation's largest alternative weekly newspaper, is excited to announce the initial line-up for the Village Voice 4th Annual SIREN MUSIC FESTIVAL at Coney Island on Saturday, July 17th from 12:00 noon - 9:00 p.m. Scheduled performers include Death Cab For Cutie, Blonde Redhead, Har Mar Superstar, TV On The Radio, Constantines, The Fiery Furnaces, The Fever, The Ponys, Your Enemies Friends, and many more to be announced.

This free, all-day, all-ages music festival will feature live international, national, local bands and DJs performing throughout the Coney Island amusement park on two outdoor stages. Drawing record crowds of more than 150,000 throughout the day, the Village Voice SIREN MUSIC FESTIVAL has established itself as a leader in showcasing indie rock veterans and emerging artists.

Budweiser and Astroland Amusement Park, who have supported the Village Voice SIREN MUSIC FESTIVAL since it's inception in 2001, return as festival sponsors.
